Mobile Services: Our mobile services are a very cost-effective option for you, where one security officer serves multiple customers within a limited geographical area and carries out beat patrols each shift.
Time and Attendance: our mobile patrol assignments are fitted with a number of agreed electronic clocking points to verify attendance. The computerised reports generated from these points are available at your request.
Alarm Reponses: Removes the need for you to attend to an intruder / fire alarm activation during the night, weekend or your holidays. If your alarm is activated for whatever reason, we will respond.
Our goal is to attend to your alarm activation within 20 minutes of a call from the receiving centre and act according to agreed predetermined instructions. Your premises will be checked and guarded until we are able to make it secure and reset the alarm.
A full written report will be left for you explaining the cause of the intruder / fire alarm activation and any services that attended. We all accept that there will be the occasion when you need to be made aware of the situation immediately so that your business does not suffer, but that will only be done if absolutely necessary.
All relevant information and keys to provide this service are kept in a secure facility until needed. We can also help you to work to Health and Safety regulations and Lone Worker guidelines.
- Key Holding: We hold your keys enabling us to lock and unlock your premises at pre-determined times. There's no need for you to go in early or stay late for instance to check the site and lock doors or gates, check your building and set alarms, or to unlock or lock for cleaners or maintenance.
- Static Guarding: We can provide you with a number of proven, trained security guards to suit your requirements, be it one hour per day or 24 hours a day, or situated at a gate house, in house, or site cabin. All our sites are equipped with electronic clocking devises to record times of patrols. Full written reports for any incidents are available to you.
Events: Event security is a challenging, yet rewarding aspect of this industry. We can assist you in the planning of your event. No matter how large of small, one day or several days, we will be the first to arrive and the last to leave as we can also provide the overnight security for the duration of the event.
We can also help with the organisation of trade stands, providing assistance with your Health and Safety regulations: i.e. Risk Assessment, Fire Risk and First Aid. Finally, we will make sure your site is left clean and secure.
